One launch announcement

When you submit Notify Me, you request one email announcing the launch of the GEF Virtual Experience. We collect only your email address, the page you submitted from, the submission date and your notification status. No account is created, and joining the list does not unlock the application.

Protection and purpose

Your email is held in protected storage and is accessible only to authorized administrators. It is not displayed to other visitors or used for unrelated promotions. A hashed network identifier is used separately to limit spam attempts; it is not a subscriber profile. No launch emails are sent until the organizer configures sending and explicitly launches the announcement.

Privacy requests

The organizer’s privacy contact is awaiting confirmation. Contact the organizer through the official GEF website for privacy or withdrawal requests.

Any launch announcement must include an unsubscribe option. Unsubscribed addresses will not receive the announcement.
